Online registration for Petro-Canada Sport Leadership sportif 2010 is now closed. If you wish to attend the conference, please register and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by cash onsite at the registration desk.

 

Petro-Canada Sport Leadership sportif Conference Fees

Early Bird Conference Fee: $425 Cdn by Friday, October 8, 2010, 23:59 – Eastern Daylight Saving Time for all registrations paid in full, $325 Cdn for SPIN Summit registrants. Registrations not paid in full or for which payments are received after Friday, October 8, 2010, 23:59 – Eastern Daylight Saving Time will be deleted from the system and you will be required to start the registration process again and pay the Regular Conference Fee.

Regular Conference Fee: $475 Cdn after Friday, October 8, 2010, 23:59 – Eastern Daylight Saving Time for all registrations paid in full, $375 Cdn for SPIN Summit registrants. Registrations not paid in full or for which payments are received after Friday, November 5, 2010, 17:00 – Eastern Daylight Saving Time will be deleted from the system and you will be required to register onsite and pay the Late Conference Fee. Online registration will close on Friday, November 5, 2010, 17:00 – Eastern Daylight Saving Time.

Late Conference Fee: $525 Cdn onsite, $425 Cdn for SPIN Summit registrants. Onsite registration will take place on a first come-first serve basis and by availability only. Please register onsite and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by cash at the registration desk.

SPort INnovation (SPIN) Summit Fees

The SPort INnovation (SPIN) Summit is a sport technology and sport performance conference featuring presentations by renowned international experts, poster presentations, presented papers, exhibits, and special guest presentations by high performance athletes and coaches. SPIN is being held as a pre-conference to the Petro-Canada Sport Leadership sportif conference on Wednesday and Thursday, November 17 and 18. 

Early Bird SPIN Summit Fee: $200 Cdn by Friday, October 8, 2010, 23:59 – Eastern Daylight Saving Time for all registrations paid in full. Registrations not paid in full or for which payments are received after Friday, October 8, 2010, 23:59 – Eastern Daylight Saving Time will be deleted from the system and you will be required to start the registration process again and pay the Regular Conference Fee.

Enrolment Policy

CAC reserves the right to cancel sessions if there is insufficient enrolment. In addition, CAC reserves the right to add or change speakers or change session descriptions. Every effort will be made to communicate changes as they occur.

 

Refund Policy

A processing fee of $100 Cdn will be withheld for any cancellation received on or before November 5, 2010, 17:00 – Eastern Daylight Saving Time. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after this date.
